Park Avenue, Coffs Harbour

CBuild has worked with the local developers from Park Ave Coffs Harbour Pty Ltd from their initial vision of a two storey office development to the completion of the 3 storey office development. CBuild worked with Stuart Design to achieve the clients design requirements. We then project managed the project through the design and council approval stages.

In 2017, CBuild starting construction of the 3 storey office building which included the fit out for the new tenants on the ground and first floors. Construction was completed in August of 2019.
